Most of our customers find that ordering through the website is the easiest way to buy, but if you have a special requirement, or just prefer to order by phone, give us a call on 01622 859272 and someone can take your order.

Alternatively, you can fax an order to 01622 850918 making sure you include the following:

• What products you want and quantities
• Delivery address (in the mainland UK)
• Phone number in case we have a problem with your delivery
• Credit/debit card number (Mastercard or Visa)
• Credit card name as shown on the card's front
• Credit card security number (last 3 digits on the back of the card's signature strip)
• Credit card's registered address (if different from the delivery address)
• Any delivery instructions - if you're not in for example, or days you would prefer us to deliver (during the week)
