Our delivery charges

On orders under £30, we charge a small delivery charge. This is either:

  • £5 for orders under £25
  • £3 for orders under £30
Orders of £30 and over are delivered free of charge anywhere in the mainland UK. If you live outside the mainland UK, please give us a call and we can work out a price for you.

Where we deliver

We deliver from our websites anywhere in the mainland United Kindom.

If you live in London, we can deliver our full range of products to you direct. We have a van in London 5 days a week doing deliveries.

If you are outside London, we deliver using a courier service. Because our soft fruit and apples and pears are easily damaged, we can only deliver our range of apple and mixed fruit juices outside London. We consider London to be the London postal area, i.e. postcodes begining in E, EC, N, NW, SE, SW, W and WC, as shown by the red area on the map. If you're just outside this area - especially to the South East of London, we may be able to deliver our full range to you - give us a call on 01622 859272.

If you live in Scotland, there is unfortunately a £2 surcharge as our courier company has recently raised their prices for deliveries to Scotland due to the cost of fuel.

When we deliver

Generally it can take between 1 to 3 days for us to 'accept' your order. Once we have done this, we will send you an email stating when we expect to deliver your order. During the order process you can specify a day you prefer and we will do our best to deliver on this day.

Anything else?

If you have any special requirements, we can be flexible, so please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll do our best to help.
